Export your data

Your data is yours. You can ask for a copy of your InboxOji account at any time and download it to your computer in a few clicks.

An export is a single snapshot of everything you have built in InboxOji. It is handy when you want a personal backup, a record for your files, or simply peace of mind that you can take your information with you whenever you like.

Export your account

You will find this in your settings, under the security area.

1. Open Settings

   Go to Settings from the top navigation.

2. Find "Export my data"

   Scroll to the Security & data section and look for Export my data.

3. Request the export

   Select Export my data. InboxOji gathers everything in your account and prepares a file for you.

4. Download the file

   When it is ready, download it to your computer and keep it wherever you store your important documents.

What's included

Your export is a copy of the account you have set up, in plain terms:

• Your rules — every situation you handle and the reply you give for it.
• Your settings and writing voice — your profile, your default reply language, and the tone you described.
• Your variables and snippets — the reusable values and ready-made text blocks you have saved (PRO+).
• Your activity history — the record of what has been drafted and auto-sent over time.
