Invoices and receipts
Every charge from InboxOji comes with a receipt, and your full billing history is always one click away. This page shows you where to find your invoices, how to download them, and how to add company details so they appear correctly.
Where to find your invoices
Open Billing and look for the Invoices & receipts list. Every charge appears here, newest first, with a downloadable receipt for each one. This is available on all plans.

Download a receipt
- Open Billing
Go to Billing from the main menu.
- Find Invoices & receipts
Scroll to the Invoices & receipts section. Each row is a single charge, with its date and amount.
- Download the one you need
Select the receipt for that charge to download it as a PDF. Save it or forward it to your accountant as you like.
Receipts are generated automatically for every charge, so there is nothing to set up. You can download past receipts any time, including for charges from earlier billing periods.
Update your card
To change the card on file, open Billing and choose Manage billing. This opens the secure billing portal, where you can update your payment method. Your card is stored securely there.
Updating your card does not change your plan or your billing date. If a recent charge failed, see When a payment fails.
Add company billing details
If your invoices need a company name, address, or tax or VAT number, you can add them once and they will appear on every future invoice.
- Open Manage billing
From Billing, choose Manage billing to enter the secure billing portal.
- Open billing details
In the portal, find the billing details section.
- Add your company information
Enter your company name, billing address, and tax or VAT number, then save. These details are added to your invoices going forward.
